During the procedure, the outer layer of the skin is peeled by exfoliation. The method clears pores and improves skin cell turnover. This method is therefore good for those who have acne problems and scars caused by acne.

One may apply crystals or crystal-free treatment on the skin. A microdermabrasion procedure can be rather abrasive, depending on the hardness, abrasiveness and type of crystals used. For example, sensitive skin can react negatively towards aluminum-oxide crystals. Thus, there is always some risk, as with most kinds of treatments. An individual undergoing microdermabrasion treatment may need to be treated every other week or every 6 weeks if he/she would like to maintain youthful skin.

Organic Skin Care

A lot of the times I hear people around me talk about when is an appropriate age to start using anti aging face cream, or other anti aging skin products.

And surprisingly enough, a lot of those "people" turn out to be my friends or acquaintances around my age! (without revealing any discriminating detail, I will say I'm in the mid-to-late 20's range!). Now that brings me to the heart of this article - when exactly should us ladies start worrying about those pesky little creases that appear on our foreheads/corner of eyes? Now, mind you, our lifestyles have so much to do with how our body ages, and especially how our skin ages. Lack of sleep, too much smoking, too much drinking... all that contributes to sucking out the moisture in our skin, etc... leading it to wrinkle more easily, etc... Yes, yes. We all know that.

But did you know that apparently even the way we express ourselves can have a pronounce effect over the developing those dreaded wrinkles? These types of wrinkles are called Expression Lines. These are wrinkles that are caused by the types of facial expressions we display. Even just the mere act of looking up without tilting our head can create deepening wrinkles through creases on the skin of our forehead.

2. Rub your "creased" area in small, firm, and circular movements
